The company is run by Niclas Kling, that has long experience of both to lead and to work within both larger and smaller governmental and private projects. Based on my many years of project experience I know there is often a lack of competence within these areas. The company has therefore been aimed to fill in these gaps.

Poseidon Konsult work with visualization since it is an important tool in various types of decision-making of a product. This is independent if it is a boat, a house or a product within the industry. It is also a very effective tool in order to market the ideas before they are a real product. To give a picture to the client or the project's steering group how the product is looks like can be crucial in order to have the idea understand in a correct way. This is far more effective than a sketch in a presentation.

Naval Architecture

Poseidon Konsult have solid experience of architecture of both boats and ships through my background on Swedish Defence Materiel Administration. This includes both architecture of military ships and Combination Vessel for the Swedish Coast Guard. I have experience both to lead and to work as a part of a project within the production of a vessel. Through my experiences within a State, cost-effectively company, I have a practical approach that function in order to develop boats and ships. Everything from an idea or objective to completed specification for purchasing, depending on if it is for you as a client or to a complete presentation for your customer. In order to strengthen the area I also a well developed contact net that I work with to offer the best solutions.

Project management

Poseidon Konsult have experiences of project management from both large projects but also from smaller. Irrespective of the size of the project it is important that the project management is implemented on a way that fits your company with respect to planning, execution, follow-up and delivery so that you are able to scrutinize the project. Since I have experience from both educations and practical work can I go from thoughts to completed project set up. I have possibility to lead complete projects alternatively to act as a support in the project management.
